I've had luck brewing Kombucha from the store-bought Synergy brand. The first batch takes a bit longer to ferment, but after that there was no problem at all. You can buy Kombucha at health food stores - I think the Cleveland Co-Op carries some. G...

Having recently relocated to Cleveland from New York City, I am excited by all that is going on in local food here and looking forward to getting my hands dirty. Currently, I am working on a market garden that is making its debut this year on the near west side - Urban Growth Farms.
