This is great! CSU is doing a big one in april. I know Grow Ohio had a refreshing precense this weekend at the I-X center. health is wealth.. after all. :-)

We process, package and deliver value added locally grown/processed goods. Licenced kitchens needed to host our work. We want products to those in need without any complications. Let's Facilitate as much local processing and preservation as possible!

- I have been intensely interested in sustainability for years. My husband and I began to simplify our lives a few years ago and have been gradually moving in a more sustainable direction. Both of us having a background in restaurants and a love of food, real food, we have been drawn to the local food movement here in Cleveland. In Philadelphia, he was one of the original founders of Chef's Collaborative before it became the "thing to do", but was part of his passion.

Health Fairs -- Educating about health, wellness and nutrition -- Re-Thinking What We Eat
As a result of our brainstorming session at the screening event of Fresh, the movie, we are going to develop a traveling educational unit to attend Health Fairs throughout the city and beyond to introduce people to re-thinking food. The focus will be the health benefits of healthy choice, local food, urban gardening, plus the economic and environmental benefits.
If anyone is interested in working on this project, let me know. Our first event will be Nov. 7 at St. Paul's Community Church.
