Cleveland Land Share is an online mapping system that connects growers in search of land to those with land to share. This project is a collaboration between LocalFoodCleveland and LifeCycles, a sustainability-minded nonprofit in Victoria, BC. Their Sharing Backyards mapping technology powers this project.
